Ticket Price
Early Bird - Member
- Conference only: HK$300 (normal price: HK$450)
- Dinner only: HK$950 (normal price HK$1,200)
- Conference + Dinner: HK$1,000 (normal price: HK$1,300)
Early Bird - Non-Member
- Conference only: HK$500 (normal price: HK$700)
- Dinner only: HK$1,100 (normal price HK$1,300)
- Conference + Dinner: HK$1,150 (normal price: HK$1,400)

- Registration will be confirmed only once receipt of full payment.
- The booking is non-cancellable and all fees paid are non-refundable.
- HKECIA reserves the right to approve all registrations.
- HKECIA reserves the rights in unforeseen circumstances to change the content and format of the event without liability.
- All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of HKECIA.
- As seats are limited, if there is overbooking, priority will be given to Full Members of HKECIA.
