Contestant Application


Date: 5 November 2021 (Friday)

Format: Hybrid (physical pitch in Hong Kong + virtual pitch for overseas contestants)

Medium: English


1a. Tech startup company (< 5 years) which has received < US$ 10 million funding by 31 Mar 2021;


1b. Individual who has not yet established any company;


2. Your pitching idea / application should focus on one of the following technology sectors:

  • FinTech (e.g. Retail & Commercial Banking / InsurTech / Wealth Tech / RegTech & Compliance / Digital Assets / Payment)
  • Green Tech & Construction Tech (e.g. Smart Mobility / Smart Environment / Pre, During & Post Construction)
  • Health Technology (e.g. BioTech / MedTech / Health Tech / Wellness Tech)
  • Smart City (e.g. Hardware-enabled Security / Elderly Care / Telecom Infrastructure / Prop Management)

If the application is not submitted within 60 minutes (including your time on this landing page), you will be automatically directed to re-start the application from the beginning and the previously entered information will not be saved.   • Business overview (max: 200 words)
  • Summary of your idea (max: 20 words)
  • Technologies used (max: 200 words)
  • Market potential, business and revenue models (max: 250 words)
